You will be given a paper copy of Ready, Steady, Baby by your midwife.
This is a wonderful resource to guide you through the various stages of pregnancy to tell you all you need to know to care for yourself and your growing baby. It is full of useful information about pregnancy, labour and birth. A new version came out in March 2019 and please see electronic versions below for you to download. There is a Ready, Steady, Baby app but this is being phased out.
