Your Mental Health & Wellbeing

If you or your partner are feeling mentally unwell, you don’t need to go through these problems on your own. Don’t be afraid to open up about how you are feeling as pregnancy is an emotional time and it is good to talk. You are not alone.  Your mental health is as important as your physical health and please share how you are feeling with your midwife or GP.

If you have immediate concerns:

If you or someone you know is experiencing mental health difficulties which you feel can’t wait, please contact your GP or call NHS 24 on 111. In an emergency situation, dial 999.
