Your Maternity Voices Partnership works hard to improve the quality of maternity care in NHS Lothian and to promote positive birthing experiences for all. Volunteer parents meet with midwives, doctors and administrators six times a year. They work together to understand the issues, find solutions and make positive changes that benefit everybody. We believe every baby should be given the best start in life.
We want maternity services where:
- Everybody is respected as a person
- Everybody is listened to and every voice matters
- Everybody receives the care and support they need
