You can also find it on page 31 of the Post-MI manual and page 37 of the Revascularisation manual.
For patients using the digital version of either the Post-MI or Revascularisation manuals, the video can be found by clicking on The Home Exercise Plan window on the right hand side of their digital HM. This will open up windows to access either the exercise instructions or the video itself.
