DECIDING WHICH FORMAT TO USE?
Your facilitator will have a conversation with you about the Heart Manual programme. If you are still deciding which format you would prefer (paper or digital), you might find it helpful to watch this short video on YouTube.
ACCESSING YOUR DIGITAL HEART MANUAL
If you have chosen the Digital Heart Manual, you may have received a card that tells you which version you can access. This will be either the Post MI Edition or Revascularisation Edition depending on what is appropriate to your heart event and treatment that you received.
Your facilitator will provide you with a username and password to login. Keep a note of this somewhere secure.

DOWNLOADING THE HEART MANUAL RELAXATION APP
Included within the Heart Manual is a relaxation programme, which is available in a range of formats (CD, App & Online Access to Stream and Download). To download the app, search for ‘HM Relax’ in either the Apple or Google Play Store. Your facilitator should provide you with a username and password to login to the app.
