We are delighted to inform you we now have a video available to patients demonstrating The Heart Manual Home Exercise Plan. For patients using the paper manuals this is accessible via the current link to the online resources below:

This link is on page 31 of the Post MI manual and page 37 of the Revascularisation manual.
For patients using the digital version of either the Post-MI or Revascularisation manuals, the video can be found by clicking on The Home Exercise Plan window on the right-hand side of their digital HM. This will open up windows to access either the exercise instructions or the video itself.
Updates to Heart Manual Post MI (March 2022)
We are delighted to announce that the new edition of the Heart Manual Post MI (March 2022) includes substantial updates to the exercise component and a selection of the updates to the programme are included below:
