HM Facilitator Training Day Pack
Welcome to the Heart Manual training day information and resources.
You have now received your e-mail confirming attendance on the HM course, training day login details, as well as your own personal Digital Heart Manual (D-HM) logins (these are for your own personal use and to demonstrate to patients). You now also have your login to the HM Facilitators site (this site). This site gives you access not only to the training resources you will need for the 2 days training but also to further reading and HM updates.
Please read the course instructions carefully and ensure you have the relevant resources available to support you on the day(s).
Instructions:
Training will begin at 9.30am (please join the meeting at 9:00am on day 1 as this gives some time to address any IT issues, if required), and finish at approximately 4:00pm on both days. There will be breaks for coffee and lunch.
The sessions will be interactive and you will be required to navigate through the Digital Heart Manual over the 2 days so we recommended you also have a separate device such as a mobile phone or tablet to hand to view the digital manual on.
It may be helpful to print the following resources for use on the day(s) of training.

Some supporting information is provided relating to digital logins and passwords within this training pack, please read these prior to training.
On completion of this course you will be issued with a Heart Manual Facilitator certificate. Failure to complete the course could mean that a certificate cannot be issued until the attendance at a later course to cover the missed section.
Training Evaluations
We would also like you to complete a pre and post-course training needs analysis and training day evaluations. Please take the time to complete these as they help us refine and deliver the best training possible.
