Types of Anaesthetic

Peripheral nerve blocks (also known as Regional Anaesthesia)

Some operations on an arm, hand, leg or foot can be done by numbing just the limb (regional block)

Anaesthesia, pregnancy and breastfeeding

If there is any possibility that you could be pregnant please let your nurse know.
