Deciding Level Opportunities

The Deciding Level offers structured, short-term placements designed to expand understanding of the wider health system, support personal career planning, and contribute to strategic aims around staff retention and leadership development. They will be for between 1 week – 1 month in blocks or day release.

You can also view these opportunities by service providing them or by which role they align to (i.e. support worker; early/mid career; specialist/advanced; management), where they will be marked with an asterisk *.

You will need to meet the criteria for application, complete an application form and discuss with your line manager before you apply. All information is available on the Deciding Level page.
