Confidentiality of Personal Information
The South East of Scotland Clinical Genetic, Cytogenetic and Molecular Genetic Services follow the NHS Lothian Policy on Confidentiality of Personal Health Information.
This policy exists to ensure that all patient information is treated with complete confidentiality and MUST NOT be divulged to anyone who does not have right to access that information.

Complaints, Comments or Compliments
The South East of Scotland Clinical Genetic and Laboratory Genetic services are open to receipt of complaints, comments or compliments about any aspect of their services. Please send to the relevant department by letter or email directly.
