CF Consultant & CF Director
Dr Helen Rodgers is the Director of the Adult Cystic Fibrosis (CF) service. She has worked with CF patients since 1997. She was a CF Trust fellow in Nottingham, and completed CF Research in 2000. She has been a Consultant Respiratory Physician in Edinburgh since 2003.
Dr Rodgers is the Chair of the Scottish CF Consultative group, which works to improve the care of patients with CF in Scotland. She is also a member of the CF Trust Clinical Advisory Group, British Thoracic Society and CF Specialty Advisory Group.
Consultant Respiratory Physician
Dr. Crichton Ramsay joined the Cystic Fibrosis team in Edinburgh in the Spring of 2016. He graduated in Edinburgh and subsequently did his training in cystic fibrosis and respiratory medicine in Edinburgh and London. He previously worked at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital where he was joint clinical lead for their cystic fibrosis centre. He was a consultant in Norwich for 17 years before returning to Edinburgh.
