Disrupted sleep appears to be common following Covid19 infection. Lots of things can impact our sleep, including anxiety and low mood. Increased napping due to fatigue may in turn impact sleep at night. Pain and breathlessness can also make it difficult to get comfortable in bed. This session will focus on:
