Thoughts

How we feel impacts how we think, and how we think impacts how we feel. Because of this, during difficult, threat-focused times in our lives, we can easily become stuck in a vicious cycle where our distress fuels unhelpful thoughts, which in turn cause more distress. This video explores:

  • Thoughts
  • Unhelpful thinking loops/our tricky brain
  • Using mindfulness and self-compassion to get unstuck
