Our office base is at Astley Ainslie Hospital in Edinburgh, and we work with people across the whole of the Lothians (Edinburgh, East Lothian, Midlothian and West Lothian).
We support people who live in their own homes and in supported accommodation.
Our service used to be inpatient only, but over the last few years we have changed the way we offer support so we can respond better to people’s needs, at a point they need it. Most of our work now is seeing people at home, in clinic, video appointments or contact by phone.
We have access to a small number of beds at Astley Ainslie Hospital which are used if someone would benefit from a short planned inpatient stay to help manage or improve a specific issue (that cannot be managed at home).
We do not offer emergency admissions, transfer from acute hospital or respite admissions.
