I’m struggling to cook for myself

  • Consider microwave meals which may be less effortful to prepare
  • Consider buying pre-chopped or frozen vegetables
  • Do you have close friends/family or neighbours that you could contact, who could provide assistance with meals?
  • Consider having cold snacks readily to hand which you can snack on throughout the day if big meals are difficult to prepare e.g. bananas, cheese, yoghurts, crackers etc.
