- Consider a strip wash using wash basin instead (sitting down on a dining room chair or perching stool if you have one may conserve your energy whilst you wash)
- If you are struggling to access the bathroom to access the basin, consider using wet wipes to wash or asking a family member to fill a washing up bowl with warm soap water, to enable a strip wash in a more accessible area of the house.
