A Community of Practice provides a model for connecting people in the spirit of learning, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. It is also a safe, respectful place for discussion where everyone’s input is valued. Find out more about Communities of Practice on this website
Lothian Community of Practice
Our Community of Practice takes place online and provides an opportunity to share experiences and approaches to enhance outcomes for people living in Care Homes and staff experiences in Care Homes. The community is open to a huge variety of people from different sectors of Care Home working.
