Leadership Pathway – for all staff
The Leadership Pathway
This resource is for all staff. This resource has been developed to provide a variety of self directed learning opportunities and reflective prompts for all levels of staff.

It is designed for individuals to work through at their own pace, choosing topics of particular interest to them, with no set pathway.
There is no requirement to complete all of this – or submit any evidence if you don’t want to.
Some of the modules we’ve included are from the SSSC open badges so the evidence and reflections you complete will count towards these if you choose
