This Edition
This edition we would like to share some good news from Care Homes, some information on projects and initiatives for Care Homes as well as some Winter planning information.
You will also find a QR code to the continence questionnaire to complete in relation to your experiences with products changed earlier this year.
The newsletter will be emailed out to all Adult Care Homes or you can download the Newsletter .
Please feel free to share the newsletter with staff by printing it off, sharing it in emails or any other means you might share information.

About the Newsletter
The NHS Lothian Care Home and Integrated Teams Chat (CHIT CHAT) newsletter is compiled by the Quality Improvement Team for Care Homes and Primary Care Settings for Care Homes in Lothian.
The newsletter features contributions from integrated teams (such as, tissue viability or CET) and Care Homes themselves in their own words.
