There is a growing number of residents living in Care Homes who are living with diabetes.

Furthermore, diabetes is a complicated condition with many different types of diabetes and many different signs, symptoms and treatments.

The Diabetes Framework has been developed by clinical experts to support Care Home staff to optimise the care provided to people living with diabetes who live in Care Homes.
