Self-Help Guide for People who Self-Harm

Here’s a self-help guide prepared by NHS Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear.

It’s designed to help people who deliberately harm themselves and wish to do something about it. The booklet includes information on understanding self-harm and suggestions that may help you manage your self-harming behaviour.

The self-help booklet also has information for family and friends who may find it hard to understand their loved one’s behaviour.
