Self Help Resources

Pain in our bones, joints or muscles is very common. In the absence of a significant injury or illness, it is very rare for pain to be a sign of damage or serious problem. In fact, lots of factors can contribute to pain, including physical and emotional health, lifestyle factors, certain medical conditions, genetics and stress. In many cases, pain can be improved or managed through things that you can do on your own. Through the links below, you will find information and guidance for improving the quality of your life.

The advice on this page does not replace a medical opinion.

Discuss your needs with a health professional if you have any concerns.
