Following a difficult time in our lives, we might all feel a little bit lost. For lots of people, they have been so busy adapting to new difficulties and trying to get by that they have stopped doing what matters most to them. This session will focus on:
- Realigning with values to get back on track
- Using value-based goals to make sure our life is moving in the direction that matters most
- Managing setbacks
