Support options may vary from time to time so please check with the individual providers about what services are currently available
Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland provide support around post-Covid symptoms, and this can be accessed by phoning 0808 801 0899 or emailing adviceline@chss.org.uk.
Lung and Asthma UK also run groups around post-Covid breathlessness: https://www.asthmaandlung.org.uk/conditions/long-covid
Thistle Foundation offer support to those with Long-Covid and have a mindfulness group.
