Since January 2026 Ontext continence products have changed and we have been made increasingly aware of some issues with the newly launched continence products for Care Home residents and Care at Home Service Users.
Before we can undertake any improvements, we need to be able to establish the scale of the problems you may be experiencing – and, of course, establish if the problems are widespread or some Care Homes don’t have any issues.
