Support for professionals working with carers

To support staff and professionals working with, or on behalf of, carers an Edinburgh Carer Network has been set up. This network has two key aims:

  • To access up to date information about support, developments and issues affecting carers
  • To facilitate opportunities to work together in partnership with other members

It operates mainly through regular e-mail updates with meetings held three times a year. The Edinburgh Carer Network shares up to date information through the NHS Knowledge Hub and you can access this information page here Welcome – Edinburgh Carers Network – Knowledge Hub (khub.net)

The Network is free to join, to request membership please email: carer.support@nhslothian.scot.nhs.uk
