Carers of West Lothian (CoWL) is a well-established local charity offering information, advice and support to all unpaid carers and disabled people living in West Lothian..
It was started in 1990 by a small group of people, themselves carers, who recognised the need carers had for information and support so they used their own experience to set up a service to support carers like themselves.
Today, we offer a range of services developed to achieve positive outcomes so carers and disabled people are supported and empowered to live a better life.

Have you told your GP, education establishment or employer you’re an unpaid carer? This is a personal choice but by telling them, they will be in a better position to support you should you need it and to provide advice and information.
