The National Wellbeing Hub was set up in 2020 to help support the wellbeing of everyone working in Health and Social Care in Scotland. The Hub operates in partnership between the Rivers Centre and the Scottish Government Health and Social Care Directorates.
On the Hub you’ll find a range of self-care and wellbeing resources as well as signposting to relevant mental health and support services. It can provide you with information, guidance and evidence-based resources on a variety of topics around mental, physical and financial wellbeing, all tailored towards those working in Health and Social Care. There are also a wide range of materials to help you support your colleagues through challenges they may be facing.
When you spend your days caring for others, it can be difficult to find the time to care for yourself. We hope the Hub makes it a little easier for you to take care of yourself and your colleagues.
