The Rivers Centre is NHS Lothian’s specialist service for people affected by psychological trauma.
The Rivers Centre opened in 1997 and for nearly 20 years operated within the grounds of the Royal Edinburgh Hospital. In 2017 we moved to the historic Fountainbridge Library building, a beautiful art deco building in the West of Edinburgh.
The Centre is linked to a wide range of support services across Lothian, and we aim to make sure you get the right help at the right time.
