Parent and Infant Relationship Service

Families

Having a baby can be a very intense and demanding time in a parent’s life. It is extremely common for parents to feel overwhelmed and stressed at times.

We hope this website provides a helpful source of reliable information for families with babies and infants up to 36 months. The information shared is guided by the latest up to date research on infant and parent relationships, child development and mental health, and neuroscience.

If you need further support for these or any other issues, please speak with your Health Visitor or Family Nurse. If you do not know who they are contact your GP surgery and they will be able to advise you.
