Health in Mind offers a range of community-based mental health and wellbeing support services across Midlothian.
Support is recovery focused, trauma informed, and personal outcomes focused and is delivered on an individual and group basis.
To ensure support is provided in the right way, at the right time, this can be in person, by phone, online, at a range of times and across a wide variety of community venues across Midlothian.
