Registered service users of NHS Lothian Continence Care Service may email loth.continencecare@nhs.scot to request resupply of urinary appliances from current prescription.
Communication must include client number and items required. Or telephone 0131 537 4572 Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 3.00pm (closed for lunch between 12.15pm and 1.00pm)
Any appliance changes should be discussed with the patient’s nurse who can alter the prescription.
Please allow seven working days for your prescription to be ordered and prepared ready for collection by pharmacist. Discuss any delivery arrangements with your pharmacy.
