The Continence Care Service provides services for patients in Edinburgh, East Lothian and Midlothian.

- Ontex Healthcare Home Delivery for absorbent containment products for adults, children and young people with incontinence
- Prescription and ordering service for adult urology items in conjunction with local pharmacies

Our purpose is to promote high quality professional assessment as foundation of high quality continence care.
Following assessment and diagnosis, a treatment plan is provided. If treatment is unsuccessful or inappropriate then assessment and registration to provide incontinence products from NHS Lothian formulary is put forward.

Service opening times are: Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 3.00pm (closed for lunch between 12.15pm and 1.00pm)
