The NHS Lothian Bereavement Service currently has 3 bereavement support groups running across Edinburgh and the Lothians.
Whether your loss was recent, or some time ago, you are welcome to come along and meet with other people who are experiencing similar feelings and emotions. These support groups are not counselling, it is the opportunity to speak to others who have also been bereaved.
