Speech and Language Therapists work with children and adults who have communication or swallowing difficulties. We provide assessment, advice and treatment, contributing to a person’s diagnosis.
Person centred treatment plans can be delivered in both individual or group therapy in a variety of settings. Speech and Language Therapists enable people to communicate to the best of their ability and to realise their full potential in society.
We provide support to families and carers and the wider population in understanding communication impairments and how to be a positive communication partner.
We are able to offer information and training to services about communication and swallowing.
