These reports help us to understand the current and likely future challenges for the health and wellbeing of the people of Lothian. They show that health and wellbeing outcomes are strongly patterned by underlying socioeconomic factors, with people living in more deprived areas consistently experiencing worse outcomes than those living in less deprived areas.
