Logging in to the Personal Community platform will bring you to the Home Page.

Any upcoming appointments you have booked for services enabled for online booking will show, as well as any messages received i.e. if your clinician has shared your Staying Well or Pass Plan with you.
For Staying Well or Pass Plans, these will appear within the Messages section of Personal Community. This provides a link to view your plan.

Messages can also be archived. Clicking on the Messages tab on the left will open the below view.
Opening a message from your inbox will give you the option to archive it.


For questionnaires – these will be sent by the service for you to complete in advance of your appointment. These will show appear in the To Do section above Appointment and Messages. The ‘Due Date’ for these questionnaires will be the date the clinician is due to review your response.

For each of these, you will receive an email advising you that you have new documents to view or complete within Personal Community.
