Personal Community is a user-friendly digital platform being piloted by NHS Lothian.
This platform makes it easy for patients to view digital versions of relevant documents sent by their clinician as well as complete online questionnaires prior to clinical review.
Personal Community also provides the ability for patients to book outpatient appointments when invited to do so.
Users can access the Personal Community portal from any location, at any time, using any device for ultimate convenience.

All patients will be enrolled by NHS Lothian staff. It is important to ensure we have your email on our records to allow you to register and then receive emails from Personal Community.
Once your account is created, you will be able to use it for other services in NHS Lothian – please note, this is a pilot and so not every Lothian service has been involved as yet.
