Registering with Permission To Contact (PTC) does not oblige you to take part in research, only to be contacted about current and upcoming trials. At any time, you have the right to withdraw your details from the database and right to withdraw from any trial you may participate in. The system is hosted by the Health Informatics Centre (HIC) in Dundee and has full ethical approval.
It is secure and confidential.

ABOUT US

The NRS Neuroprogressive Disease and Dementia Network team in NHS Lothian conduct commercial and investigator led studies for: Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, Motor Neurone Disease, dementia with Lewy bodies, Progressive Supranuclear Palsy and Multiple System Atrophy.
