A narrated powerpoint has been developed by South East of Scotland Rehab Coordinator, Sophie Peacock and West of Scotland AHP Consultant, Karen Scott to provide staff with an overview of the rehab plan and guidance on how to complete it effectively. It is expected this will encourage continuity in how the rehab plan is recorded across the two regions.
