Calm – an app for meditation, sleep, breathing and relaxation (free trial period)

3 minute mindfulness – the app contains meditations, breathing exercises to help you relax, reduce anxiety and improve sleep.

Smiling mind a range of mindfulness exercises for all age ranges (age range options provided in the app) 

Wellbeing

Feeling Good a CBT based app to help build your resilience to cope with worry. low mood, anxiety

Headspace – guided meditations, animations, articles and videos for everything from stress to sleep.
There is a free ‘basic’ pack which you can try. Subscription costs can be pricey.
