Integrated Back Pain Service – NHS Lothian

In NHS Lothian all the services which help people with back pain (and leg pain) work together to ensure that they provide the right service, for the right person, at the right time, in the right place. This is the NHS Lothian Integrated Back Pain Service.

These services include

Physiotherapy
Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner clinics
Neurosurgery
Radiology
Rheumatology
Emergency Services
Pain clinic.

Our aim is to provide a person-centered, safe and quality service for patients and use patient pathways to provide appropriate care and seamless transition between these services.
