What to do if you have a Complaint or Compliment

As NHS Dental Practices are independent contractors, any compliments / concerns / complaints on their service should be directed to the practice in the first instance. If resolution is not found, patients can escalate concerns to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO). The Dental Practice will provide details of this process. 

If you would like to give us feedback regarding the Public Dental Service, whether a compliment, concern or complaint, please speak to the service directly or contact the NHS Lothian Patient Experience Team.
