As NHS Dental Practices are independent contractors, any compliments / concerns / complaints on their service should be directed to the practice in the first instance. If resolution is not found, patients can escalate concerns to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO). The Dental Practice will provide details of this process.
