QIF is a forum for Care Homes in Lothian to come together to learn about quality improvement while also sharing their stories of quality improvement projects or hearing from invited speakers.
This session we will be hearing from a Care Home Manager who is one of the founding partners of the Fringe Care Fest and from a Care Home member of staff about their experience of the new Lothian Care Academy (LCA) course Recognising the Leader in you .
Furthermore, we will be asking you for any suggestions as to what you might like included in the forum in the future.
