The Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion is currently closed.
Essential maintenance work is required in The Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion and it is anticipated that the building will be closed for around six months. The decision has been made to move to other locations temporarily as the work can be carried out more speedily and safely if the building is vacant for the duration.
The Edinburgh Artificial Eye Clinic has temporarily transferred to the Maxillofacial Department at St. John’s Hospital in Livingston.
If you have an appointment booked between November 2024 until the end of April 2025, you do not need to contact us. We will contact you ahead of your appointment giving you details of where to attend, or you will be given the opportunity to postpone your appointment for 6 months, when the Eye Pavilion should reopen.
