If so, you will be allocated an appointment to come and see us in Urology Physiotherapy&nbsp;prior to your surgery. This appointment is&nbsp;to discuss pelvic floor exercises and the effects that the surgery will have on your waterworks.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whilst you wait for this appointment, please look through the video&nbsp;below&nbsp;that covers&nbsp;some of the content that we discuss in the appointment. Premature ejaculation is ejaculation during sexual activity sooner than you or your partner would like. There is a lot of evidence to suggest that pelvic floor exercises can help with sexual problems.
