We are delighted to announce that the Heart Manual Relaxation programme is now available as an App for all Apple and Android devices. Downloading the App<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You and your patient can find this by searching for ‘HM Relax’ in either the Apple or Google Play Store. Alternatively the direct links\/QR codes to these are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accessing the App<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once you have downloaded the app, you will be asked to enter a username and password. Please enter the health board or region where you are based from the list below. The password for all areas is the same. Please share these details with your patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
