This includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Information, advocacy and advice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stress management courses and counselling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Short breaks or respite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial and benefit advice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courses and training on specific medical conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support groups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One-to-one support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completing an Adult Carer Support Plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"hospital-discharge-support\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hospital Discharge Support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, we offer support when the person you care for is admitted to an Edinburgh hospital.
