To find out more, this\u00a0study is freely available at this link &#8211;\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nejm.org\/doi\/full\/10.1056\/nejmoa1307337\" target=\"_blank\">New England Journal of Medicine<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We recommend taking your brace off for exercise, sport,\u00a0P.E. and swimming. It is best to continue exercise during brace treatment.<br><br>There is debate about whether\u00a0wearing the brace mainly\u00a0at night is as good as\u00a0day wear.
